NEWS: No-confidence motion against Dilan defeated!

The no-confidence motion against Foreign Employment Promotion and Welfare Minister Dilan Perera was defeated by 134 votes with 32 parliamentarians voting for while 136 voted against.

NEWS: Azad Sali arrested!

Former Deputy mayor of Colombo MR.Asad Sali was arrested today (02) morning, by the police.‍‍
When inquired regarding the incident, Police media spokesman SP Buddhika Sriwardhana said that the arrest was made upon few complaints lodged in the CID.
